Hilger Crystals manufacture a range of electro optic crystals including Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) and Potassium Titanyl Phosphate (KTP).
These materials are used for a broad range of optical and acoustic applications including frequency doubling, optical modulators and Q switches.
Congruent Lithium Niobate is available up to 4 inches in diameter using the Czochralski crystal growing process. Wafers and blocks can be supplied as either fine ground blanks or in a polished configuration.
Non standard materials such as stoichiometric, Fe and MgO doped material is also available.
