Newport Corporation acquires Spectra Physics from Thermo Electron
Hilger Crystals joins Newport
Thermo Electron announced that Spectra Physics will be acquired by Newport Corporation for $300M. This will extend Newport's photonics product line to over 15,000 products and will provide Newport a wider range of photonic tools and solutions. To find out more click here.
